Aquarius rules groups and with the moon, sun, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, it’s quite a gathering! What should we do with all this activity in the sign of the innovator? Get innovating! What original ideas have you been working on or thinking about? If it’s something to benefit the collective that’s even better, because Aquarius is all about teamwork.

Today we celebrate the legacy of Dr. King and I began to think about how much we still look to him today for inspiration and calm in the face of hate. My first thought of course is to look at his natal chart and see where his personal planets are and what houses were prominent in his chart. I wasn’t surprised by what I saw, but it made sense to for me to see the balance of strength and beauty in it. Of course he wasn’t perfect but what he did for this world and the sacrifices he had to make, makes him pretty darn close. Anyhow, I thought I’d share a bit of what I see with you.

Now, that Jupiter has moved out of the heavy energy of Capricorn, it can breathe a bit better in the airiness of Aquarius! (Apparently, I’ve woken up on the rhyme side of the bed this morning!) We also have to remember that with the traditional ruler of Aquarius—Saturn moving in, it could be easier to take our ideas and make them reality. Just watch out for the “hive-mind” though.

This full moon in Aquarius at 11° square Uranus (Aquarius’ ruler), is another crack in the establishment that began back in January 2020. The light is here to expose the flaws of our limited thinking. The full moon will allow us to clear away old ideas and look at life from a new perspective.

Today is the end of Aquarius season and so to give it a weird and proper goodbye, I wanted to look at how each sign expresses itself in the 11th house, the house ruled by Aquarius. But first an explanation of how this chart thing works…
