Venus in Taurus “Treat yoself”

After her whirlwind affair in Aries, sweet Venus is back at her springtime home of Taurus (autumn for those in the S.hemisphere). When she’s in Aries she can be a warrior Princess but at home, she’s most likely ready for a much needed spa day—or month! 🧖🏾‍♀️ Venus is also home in Libra and both signs love a bit of luxury. With Venus residing in Taurus from now until May 8th, it’s a real Donna and Tom, “Treat yo’self” month. It’s funny that the episode of Parks & Rec where we first heard the phrase is called “Pawnee Goddesses” and aired in Libra season (October 13). Venus was really shining down on that one. 🥰 But we owe a bit of gratitude to Retta who plays Donna on the show for coming up with the term and sharing it with the rest of us. The talented Retta has her sun in Aries, but the actress/comedian/opera singer has 4 planets in Taurus, one of which is Venus—so she definitely knows how to treat herself.

You also may feel more romantic and seriously consider making a long term commitment to someone. Taurus is the most stable of all the signs because of her fixed and earthy energies. She is also a feminine quality which can create such lavish comfort and abundance, you may just want to find something or someone to cozy up with. Just make sure the vibe is mutual to avoid becoming obsessed with the other person.
